Online Tickets
|
Online ticketing payments can be paid simply, safely, and securely over the Internet via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account it is easy to set up and has many benefits.

Shipping
|
No shipping available. Tickets can be picked up from the venue between the hours of 12pm - 6pm Monday to Friday. Tickets can also be picked up at the door on the night of the event.

Fees
|
A fee of up to $4 Australian is added to each ticket sold from the Room 680 website for processing and handling. Fees will vary from each different Ticket Seller who sells tickets for Room 680 events. Room 680 has no control over third party fees.

Customer Services Policy
|
There will be a 24 hour delay in availability of tickets after purchase, so as to allow us time to confirm your payment. If for any reason we cannot fill your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible and your money will refunded in full.

Refund/Return Policy
|
Refunds and/or Returns are not available on Event tickets sold, unless under extreme circumstances. Extreme circumstance will be judged by Room management. Contact Room for this reason only between 12pm - 6pm Monday to Friday, no other times accepted.

Consumer Data
|
Consumer data collected via the Room Online Ticket system will not be used unless stated by you the consumer. Never will the consumer data collected be used by a third party.

Transmission Security
|
Security for payment delivered by PayPal is as stated in the PayPal Data Security and Encryption page. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Over 18 Only - ID Required. Management reserves the right
to refuse entry.
